Designing on sloping terrain is difficult. But it is worth the cost. Sahand Villa is one of the villas around Tabriz, which is located on a sloping land and the slope of a part of the land is more than 15%. According to the request of our creative employer, we designed the building in such a way that they can sit in the sloping part in the evenings and watch their luxurious villa! We always try to turn limitations into pleasant opportunities.

Due to the lack of water in this particular area, we designed the grounds and landscape of this villa with low-water and drought-friendly plants to make it durable and beautiful. Inside, a small courtyard was designed to keep water-rich plants in better conditions.
